Beautiful location with fine views.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. We had to repeatedly call for missing items, and the bathroom was dirty upon arrival. The hot water was hardly ever available, leading to an unpleasant experience, as we had maintenance come out multiple times .

In love with well-appointed and brand-new rooms with seaview. The staff were very very helpful lot of the time. Ideal remote location next to a beautiful turquoise cove, adjacent to a gorgeous cenote, and the beach in Soliman Bay.

The master suite beach front with plunge pool was spacious and clean. The breakfast was fantastic, thanks to aaron's great service every morning. We loved the two pools since the ocean had sargassum, and the staff was very friendly, especially dalia, who made sure we had everything we needed.

The location right on the beach was fantastic, and the included breakfast was a good start to each day. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing stunning views of the ocean, which was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the nearby cenotes. The staff were friendly, with Aaron's excellent service at breakfast being a standout. The dining prices were quite high, and taxi fares to town can add up quickly.
